My Expertise
& Therapeutic Approach
I take a deeply relational and holistic approach to therapy, blending evidence-based modalities with an intuitive and grounded presence. My work draws from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, person-centered practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and The Gottman Method (Level 1 Trained) and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.

In our work together, I create a safe and attuned space for you to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. Through a psychodynamic lens, we’ll uncover the patterns and early experiences that shape your current emotions and relationships. I weave mindfulness and somatic practices throughout our sessions, helping you reconnect with your body as a source of grounding, wisdom, and emotional regulation.

My approach is both insight-oriented and experiential, balancing deep self-understanding with practical tools you can bring into daily life. Using ACT and IFS, I guide clients in identifying inner parts, fostering self-acceptance, and aligning actions with core values. When working with couples, I draw from The Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

Above all, my goal is to create a space where healing feels possible and authentic. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional freedom - helping you reconnect with yourself and move through life with more meaning, intention, and peace.
